Server Rules

We aim to provide a fun, safe, and fair environment for every player.
By joining any of our servers, you agree to follow these rules.

These rules apply across all TomatoMC servers — Lobby, Survival, Minigames, LifeSteal, LTM, and Casino.
Breaking them may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, or bans depending on the situation.

1. General Conduct

  • Treat all players and staff with respect.
  • Follow the instructions of staff members at all times.
  • Impersonating staff or claiming to represent TomatoMC is not allowed.
  • Do not use inappropriate, offensive, racist, or NSFW names.
  • Keep chat friendly — no hate speech or harassment.
  • Global chat must be in English only.
  • No advertising of other servers or websites without permission.
  • Do not share private or personal information.
  • No spam, excessive caps, or flooding the chat.

2. Gameplay & Mechanics

  • Do not ask for free items, ranks, or other advantages.
  • Duping or exploiting bugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Hacks, cheats, x-ray, or any form of unfair advantage are not allowed.
  • If you find a bug or glitch, report it immediately to staff.
  • Automated farms are allowed only if:
    • They do not cause lag or reduce performance.
    • They are not excessively large.
    • They are not used for duping or exploiting.
    • When unsure, ask a staff member.
  • No use of macros or auto-clickers unless approved by staff.

3. Claims & Land Use (Survival)

  • Do not claim land you do not plan to use.
  • Claims from inactive players (60+ days) may be removed.
  • Do not block or trap others using claims.
  • Do not bypass claim protection.
  • Leaving builds unprotected is at your own risk.
  • Griefing or stealing is not allowed, even outside claims.

4. PvP & Islands

  • PvP is only allowed in designated areas.
  • No spawn killing, camping, or trapping.
  • Be cautious who you trust on SkyBlock or OneBlock — lost items are not refunded.
  • LifeSteal: no harassment, targeting, or unfair teaming.

5. Economy & Trading

  • Selling fake or copied crate keys is not allowed.
  • If unsure about a trade, ask a staff member first.
  • Trading containers (e.g. shulkers) is at your own risk.
  • Scamming, unfair trades, or deceitful actions are not allowed.
  • Real-money trading (RMT) is strictly prohibited.

6. Accounts & Alts

  • No using alts to bypass punishments or gain advantages.
  • Legit alts may be used but not simultaneously for benefit.
  • Staff may request verification if alt abuse is suspected.

7. Builds & Content

  • No offensive, racist, sexual, or violent builds or content.
  • No hate symbols, banners, or text promoting discrimination.
  • Staff may remove inappropriate content without warning.

8. Staff & Moderation

  • Respect staff decisions — they keep the community fair.
  • Appeals can be made via Discord tickets.
  • Staff must act professionally and fairly.
  • Donators and ranked players follow the same rules.

9. Support & Reports

  • Use /helpop or open a Discord ticket for help.
  • Staff will not provide support in global chat.
  • Report rule-breaking or bugs via Discord.
  • Reporting major exploits may result in a reward.

10. Enforcement & Final Notes

  • Punishments depend on severity: warning → mute → tempban → permaban.
  • Avoiding punishments will lead to harsher penalties.
  • Rules may change anytime — check Discord or this page regularly.
  • Staff may act outside these rules to protect the community.
