Staff Team
Meet the people behind TomatoMC. Our staff team works every day to keep the server fun, fair, and safe for everyone.
Our role is not only to moderate, but also to guide and support players whenever needed. We’re dedicated to keeping the community friendly and enjoyable for all players.
What We Do
- Moderation: Enforcing rules, preventing unfair play, and handling reports.
- Support: Answering questions, helping with issues, and guiding new players.
- Community: Encouraging a positive environment and assisting with events.
How We Can Help
If you experience griefing, harassment, bugs, or simply need guidance, you can reach out to any staff member. We are here to:
- Assist with rule-related problems.
- Provide explanations of server features.
- Direct you to the right resources if you’re unsure what to do.
Note: Staff members will never ask for your account details or personal information. Their focus is on keeping the community safe and enjoyable.
Staff Ranks
Trainee
Entry-level staff members learning the role. They assist players and forward issues to higher staff when needed.
Moderator
Handle reports, enforce server rules, and ensure fair play. They are your first point of contact for most problems.
Administrator
Experienced staff with broader responsibilities, including overseeing moderators and handling more complex issues.
Manager
Senior staff responsible for managing the entire team, making key decisions, and overseeing all server operations.
Builder
Design and create future hubs, custom structures, and event maps to enhance the player experience across TomatoMC’s network.
